A fast-food restaurant employee is facing felony charges after he was caught spitting in a customer’s drink.
19-year-old Marvin Washington Jr. was arrested Wednesday and was charged with malicious tampering with food, according to police in South Carolina.
Police officials state that two women pulled up to the drive through window at the McDonalds to get the sweet iced tea they had just ordered. When the tea was not as sweet as the women had wanted, they returned their beverages and asked for sweeter tea.
